Very quick to respond to my questions about a product before I bought it, and once I bought my item, it was despatched the next working day (Monday, when I ordered on Saturday evening). Once despatched, for which I received a notification by email, it arrived quickly. The item was as described, though it was perhaps a little expensive, especially when delivery was taken into account. Generally very good, though.
The item is a Christmas present for someone else, so has not yet been tested, but it does seem very sturdy and good quality.
