I bought a knife sharpener from Dexam last year and received good service and prompt delivery. When I was searching for a new wok this year, I compared the products from different retailers and decided to order from Dexam again. The wok was delivered promptly via DHL but I found out there was a manufacturing fault on the handle. I emailed their customer service and they quickly arranged to send a replacement which I received in the next two days. I like their wide choice of products on offer and good customer service, will buy from them again.
