I discovered to my dismay, about ten days, ago when I first used the traditional white enamel jug (Made in China) I bought earlier this year from Dexam, that it leaked like a sieve. So I called Dexam who, without fuss or difficulty, agreed to replace it. The manner in which this was dealt with, and the speed with which the replacement was delivered were both exemplary, and I am delighted now to have a jug that is watertight.
