We had a Chef'n salad spinner which we were really happy with but unfortunately it broke a year or two after purchasing it from a local retailer. We contacted Dexam in the hope that they might be able to supply a replacement part but, instead they replaced the whole unit immediately and without charge. The service from the company, and specifically, customer service couldn't have been better.
