I recently ordered several items for the kitchen. They arrived quite quickly, but were the wrong items. A quick phone call to an actual person (YAY!) resolved the issue and 2 days later, I had the correct order. The customer service rep was kind and helpful and I am well pleased with the speed of the resolution. I will absolutely purchase again from Dexham and I am thrilled to support a local business.
