WE had a one year old Electronic scales that suddenly started showing too low a reading. Contact Customer Services as there was no recommended action for this fault in the Hand book. Customer Services had not met this problem, so after establishing the mode,dispatched a replacement, which arrived the following day. Not quite the same model as the original model had been discontinued, but meets our needs.
There was no Instruction manual in new box but Customer Services E mailed us a copy when advised.
