Purchased a 10 cup tea pot that arrive two days later . Great time scale on shipping, unfortunately it arrived damaged. A quick phone call to Tom at customer service who arranged for a replacement which again arrived two days later. A wonderful product matched by absolutely wonderful service. 10 out of 10 to all Dexam employees involved.
