We ordered the largest Chasseur casserole in chilli red. Delivery excellent. We did not think that we would use it that much, mainly for Dutch oven bread baking. However, there are plenty of times when we wished we had two! We do slow beef casseroles, stews on top of the stove, cook beans from raw after soaking etc. etc. Such even cooking and wish we had not waited until our seventies to buy one. Best kitchen purchase ever! Ten stars!
