I bought two inexpensive (half-price, so even better), colourful pot holders - more flexible than oven mitts and better padded than a tea towel! So the product was just what I was looking for at a price to match, the website was easy to use and delivery was pretty prompt. Can't really comment on packaging/security as they didn't really need special treatment.
