I have just discovered Dexam and I ordered two sets of lovely tea towels. Only one set arrived in the post but when I pointed the error out, Dexam promptly sent me the other. I'm so pleased with the tea towels (the ones with the cats) and plan on giving one set to a friend. I am very happy with the product and service.
