Excellent service from Dexam and they gave me experienced advice prior to ordering. The Forest and Forge knives are things of beauty and superb quality - they deserve to be world famous. The wooden handles have a great tactile feel which makes the knives better to handle than any plastic. The Spalted Beech-handled Bread knife and the Bog Oak-handled Cook's knife are particularly beautiful and make me smile whenever I use them! I also bought a Chasseur casserole and several other items, which are all very good. Some of my items were special order and Dexam kept me informed on progress. Delivery was prompt and at the day/time predicted. This is where I'll be shopping for future cookware needs.
