Hi,
I would rate your service as very poor.
As I explained to you your sizing is inconsistent and so I have no intention of using a gift card and taking pot luck with the size.
I sent you a photo of 2 pairs of leggings both size M & it was plain to see they are vastly different.
I asked for a refund and you sent me a gift card. It cost $10 for delivery & $10 to send back because of your error but you are unwilling to acknowledge it is your mistake. If you think I am unhappy you would be right.
