Kylie was so wonderful. I wrote to them expressing some concern over items I'd recently purchased, and the amount of assistance, diligence, and generosity that I was met with was fantastic.
It's so refreshing to see the beauty of a business' products and ethos actually (and directly) reflected in their staff and customer service.
Highly recommend this 'brand' - community.
