I purchased some items recently and unfortunately received a pair of leggings that had a fault. I contacted Dharma Bums about the issue and they responded within hours. The customer service team immediately took proactive action, offered a replacement pair of leggings, didn't make me feel uneasy etc. So, why have I given Dharma Bums a 5 star review? Because, every other item I have purchased has been of exceptional quality and now I can also confidently say that their customer service team are fantastic too! It is reassuring to know that if, by the odd chance there is an issue, I will recieve fantastic support from the Dharma Bums team.
