Unfortunately, this was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. On the day of the delivery, the courier noted "attempted delivery failed" at 3.30pm. He lied as my shop is open until 5 pm and I was there the whole day and he never walked into the store. I called the courier company that night and they reassured me it would be delivered to my business address the following day. The parcel was then taken to a local post office, not my business address as promised. Unfortunately due to this, I will never engage with a purchase from this company as the courier service they have selected to deliver their products is deceitful. As a company, you should disclose to your customer who the carrier (Couriers Please) is so they can choose as consumers if they will engage with you as a business. Very disappointing.
