driver delivered a package. told me he had a 2nd package but there was a small fee due before he could release it. He wouldn't let me pay and said I'd get an email or text to pay online. No email or text arrived. Rang customer support...got transfered to a UK Gas utility company (seriously!!!). Rang back, got a helpful lady who transferred me but was cut off. The tracking details on their site says that I refused the package which is simply not true. Total shambles....looking at the reviews here, I may buckle in as this sage will not have a easy ending
