Could not deliver parcel as driver didnt see postcode which was clearly written on address.
Collected at depot myself and driver complained to me when I rang him for directions. He was having his dinner even though not yet 5 oc. He was so rude on the phone. I paid dearly for that delivery by express. When I rang to complain I was told that it is noted in my file.
