Dear follower, I would like to share my experience with DHL Express, and unfortunately, it is not a happy story. A month ago, I sent a package through DHL Express and I have not received it yet. Additionally, the company is trying to charge me storage fees, even though I sent all the necessary documentation in a timely manner. I can't understand how a company like DHL Express can fail so terribly in its mission to provide quality transportation services. I trusted the company and now I feel extremely frustrated with the outcome. I hope that DHL Express can learn from this experience and improve its services in the future.
