When we joined Dial 9 we felt that we were dealing people who understood our specific needs. The people at Dial 9 mirror our own business. They may not be the biggest or a household name, but when you are having any type of problem [which is rare] they just make stuff happen and you cannot ask for any more than that in a supplier.
