Very good price for the Sony - and to be fair when a fault developed within a fortnight, it was very easy to get the phone replaced. The replacement is holding up fine. Can't fault the customer service, either on the phone or by email. I do think the website could do with a little work. Also, still waiting on the "free gift" of a pair of headphones, but hopefully they'll arrive eventually.
