This was the first time i have used D A P after coming over from Ph 4 you. And after all the probs i had with them i found myself with another load of problems from Yourselves. I found that Cust service staff were very unhelpfull and that a few times i had to talk to a Senior Manager to get the help i needed. This is not the way to encourage new Business and the number of mistakes that were made was very poor.
