Not sure what happened this time, but not satisfactory, because I am still waiting for my cash-back schedule and the vouchers nearly two and half months after I had purchased the mobile with pay monthly contract. The cash back schedule and the redemption papers were supposed to have been included with the package when delivered, but it wasn't. Have queried with the customer services by email who promised to send the schedule as soon as possible and before the first redemption would be due. But, when is it due? who knows, I have no idea. Please tell me so that I don't lose my entitlement to my cash-back. Thanks
