I have just been to Diamond Heaven in Birmingham. I met Sarah who was just so professional snd really took time to understand my requirements. She really give me her attention. I was just so taken back by her. In the end she helped make the rest get choice snd I totally happy. I am sure the rest of the staff are great but I will go back to Sarah as she was just so incredibly amazing - 100% satisfaction
