I contacted them early on a Saturday morning, I had a call back within 30 minutes and a new battery installed within 2 hours. I don’t know if you can expect that type of turnaround but, I would recommend DIFY. They were prompt, professional, priced fairly and I didn’t have to take my car anywhere and wait.
