This was my first time using DIFY, but will be moving forward, both Jason on the schedules and James on the delivery & Install were flawless. I called at 9 pm and had (2) new batteries in my Superduty before 8 AM in my driveway and with attractive pricing. Note: I did this 3 yrs ago at the dealership and paid almost double ... let that sink in! I will be a loyal customer moving forward for all my battery needs!
