After being told by the dealer that my battery had failed (which I didn't think was possible since the battery is less than 2 years old) I gave them a call to have it replaced since I knew it would be less than the dealership (more than $370 for a new battery and installation). DIFY tested the battery and it was fine and did some other tests to make sure everything else with my car was fine as well. I ended up only getting charged for a diagnostic fee but I am still a happy customer and will seek them out when the battery does need to be changed in my car. Great customer service and would recommend them to anyone.
