What this business does it absolutely amazing! I am a single mother who knows nothing about cars. Imagine getting in your car at 8am With your 6yr old to find that it won’t crank. The only regret I had throughout this process was wishing I would have found their info sooner. When I called, the person on the other side of the phone was very personable and nice. James was the person who actually came out and replaced my battery. He kept me updated on how long it would take him to arrive, he showed me why my old battery was bad and tested the new battery before installing it to show that it was good. We had a small conversation as I expressed how frustrating my day had been with trying to get assistance and no one was willing to truly assist. He went on to explain that’s main reason they started this business, to help others in similar situation and provide great customer service. James got everything taken care of for me in less than 15min. I really appreciate DIFY Battery! You guys are amazing, please continue to provide excellent customer service!
