Desperately trying to get out of a rolling contract that we seem to have signed up for. We are in a fourth year. Paula Green of their litigation dept is not interested in anything but enforcing the small print. The service we received was substandard but they are threatening me with court and £1000's in fees and costs. My business partner died recently and I am left alone to deal with these autocrats. The terms that were sold to us under high pressure did not cover this 'unending contract'.
