High pressured commission only sales people. Delays in confirmation taking you out with 14 day cancellation. Be very careful with contract small print. The have right to cancel or change your contract, you don’t. Terrible Customer service and dispute resolution. If it’s too late and you have signed - Report to Trading Standards, FSB and obtain support from Business Debt Organisations.
