Found Paul to be very helpful and thorough. Realised how bad my hearing had got once he started the tests. After about two tears they needed tweaking a bit Paul came over from Keighley and did this for me without charge but I did have the maintenance agreement. Well worth it. I ordered hearing aids etc from them easily done on their web page. Postage is included and they are delivered very quickly
