After not receiving my deliver on Monday as expected, I contacted customer service yesterday. We soon found out that my auto fill had included the wrong postcode, which was quickly rectified. I needed my calendar order for today and Steve, who dealt with my query, was fabulous! The address was corrected and the calendars were reposted. I received them today, in time for my Christmas Fete, and the quality is superb! Thank you for a fantastic product, but an even better customer service experience!
