As usual, the quality of the work was fantastic, and the turnaround was fast. However, they were badly let down by the use of Parcel Force as a courier. The package was being tracked, and first attempt was outside of the alloted time frame (early) so no one was here to receive it, no card was left, therefore no instructions as to how to get it redelivered. much time wasted trying to sort out another delivery and that came early, out of the allotted slot, as well but someone, luckily, was here.
