Ordered some stickers from them for an event to our London offices, royal mail tried to deliver on a saturday when no one was in and then took our package hostage. Im not based in London so didn't realise until I went into the office and saw the we tried to deliver slip. I contacted digitalprinting and they sent another one out straight away that was delivered next day so we had it for the start of our event! Really appreciated them printing and shipping out a new order and the fast turn around, given it wasn't their fault!
