This is a terrible company. Order a screen for my table. Got and did exactly what their website says “ hook up the ribbons and verify it works” did that and only had grey lines. So I mailed it back in the same condition as I received it and they said it was damage so nothing they can do. I paid extra to go with this company because of the “lifetime warranty” find a different company
