I have been a member at Digital Scrapbook (formerly Pixel Scrapper) for at least 4 years now and have loved my membership. Great designers! You can't beat the deal of a yearly membership for the great scraps and graphics you get. I have never had a problem downloading or unzipping my files; therefore, never needed to contact customer service :)
