Customer service is excellent!! Timely response ( mine was immediate). I cannot describe how many times I have "jumped " onto the site just to look for that one "special thing" I need, and succeeded beyond expectations. I absoletuly love feeling like I know the designers-they frequently describe their reasons behind a design. And the way the site is organized makes navigating and downloading the easiest thing possible!! Not to mention, Marissa and her tutorials!! Awesome awesome place! A must for any digital scrapper!!
