I had a great experience. It took several attempts to get my Windows 10 Home downloaded. Kept failing as it rebooted, but with my agent help, Dany, he cracked the code and conquered! He persevered and we used the TeamViewer and chat so we are in constant communication whiler he managed my screen to make it happen. Appreciate his perseverance and the final outcomeof the successful download at a reasonable price. Giving Dany and the company a 5 star!
