I just want to thank all the staff on their brilliant service. I was let down by my local bike store on an existing order due to covid issues with supplies. They had in stock the moped I wanted and after a couple of phone calls and chats to the friendly staff I ordered one. The moped was delivered as promised in excellent condition. You could not get better service, returning calls when promised and going above and beyond. Can't (and don't need to) say any more really, well done!! simply brilliant, 10/10.
