Hi Mark, I have ordered from you guys a few times now and was really pleased with the products etc. However I am the lady you spoke to on the phone where I could not get in touch with anyone. Sadly this has happened again! I purchased those Phillip Stark chairs from you and some stools, I have now emailed 4 times and tried calling 3 times, no answer again? I want to return the stools as they are a different colour red than I expected and do not go with the red I have. Can you PLEASE contact me on 07775848335 and advise how I can return these. I will be opening more expresso bars in Bristol over this year and am very keen to buy more of your lovely chairs but I really need better customers service, this is silly.
