The chairs are as described and what I was looking for. The delivery took longer than I had anticipated and I felt the need to confirm that the order was being processed, as I had only received automated emails. When I exchanged emails with MDM Furniture, the order then arrived promptly. This was 7 days after I made the order. I didn't need the chairs urgently, so overall I'm happy with the value for money of the chairs and with the personal customer service when I contacted the company.
