Ordered 2 tulip chairs which arrived well packed and looked very good after assembly. Delivery was meant to be next day but had a phone call, from a very polite and apologetic person, to say the product was out of stock although nothing was mentioned when ordering online. Delivery was made about a week later but without contacting me first. Would use them again but they need to improve communication .
