As you may be aware I have had to contact MDM via e-mail on numerous occasions with issues
-Grey Eames chairs with white ring marks
-Parts that were on the instructions not included
-Alfonso table damaged twice on delivery
-No answer when I tried to phone number on website
I would have to say that although when there was an issue, ie damaged goods, it was addressed quickly I feel these issues should not have occurred in the first place.
