I was given a delivery date, and the chairs I had ordered were not delivered. I called and was ensured they would be delivered two days later, upon waiting in for the delivery (for the second time) I was then to find that only one of my four chairs had arrived. I have now had to schedule a third delivery date for the remaining chairs. Your customer service team has been very helpful when I've called, but communication and actual service has been pretty poor throughout.
