Product is really good, customer service very helpful but dzlivery was bad.
The carrier did not ring me so I was not aware that he had come until I went on the lobby to collect another thing. The carrier left the product in the lobby of the building and did not let me know he had come or make me sign, and I had to carry the chair all the way up to my appartment.
Someone could have stomen it and I never would have know. This is really unacceptable.
