I usually would not give such a bad review. however - I have been trying to contact your 'enquiries' email since the past week, due to a product being damaged. I have not received a response yet.. here is the email:

Dear MDM Furniture team,
On Tuesday (5.08.2014) - I received two Eames Style Dining Chairs (Order #2131). However, when opening them today, we found that there was a large scratch on the black chair and one of the plastic bags was torn open and a screw was missing.
The black chair was ordered with an orange one. however, it is only the black one which appears to be damaged. I would like to have that one replaced.
What would the procedure be?
