Generally very very pleased with the furniture. However, the downfall is that I recieved no email confirmation about my order meaning I had no peace of mind that my order had been processed. Subsequent to this I tried calling the main office 27 times within the opening hours to confirm my order but with no answer. I even checked the company for any recent scams due to lack of communication! For these reasons I will not be using the company again, I would rather pay more and have good customer care from a reliable company.
