Your service was excellent, the response to my questions came quick via Email. On the phone I did reach someone and did not have to wait long as it is the case with most of your friendly competitors. Also you helped me in a very unburocratic way to ship the goods to Germany.
The only thing that did not work was the telephone line on one day, but the friendly and good service overcompensated it.
