A query prior to placing my order was dealt with efficiently, over the phone and advice given regarding delivery. Two items were dispatched promptly and received within days, packaged sufficiently to prevent any damage in transit. Delivery company gave regular updates on status of package and I was given the option of 'safe place' for delivery in the event that I was not at home. Overall, very pleased with service and items ordered.
