Very helpful and polite sales staff on the end of the phone. Always easy to get hold of, and arrangements for delivery in two weeks confirmed and also reconfirmed a 5 days before, and on the day. Delivered on time, and the stove was as described with no issues. Also the sales staff put me in touch with the UK manufacturer of my stove to answer technical queries I had. A good buying experience and very happy with the stove.
