My local installer told me to only buy from this company, because easy, fast, friendly, helpful and price promise, he was absolutely correct, free delivery 2 day's later, delivery man was amazing, brilliant guy, I found online a cheaper company, direct stoves matched the prices, I was very happy and impressed, my advice is to fine a proper installer, not just a builder ect, because my installer told me exactly what to order, I brought two, installed now, brilliant, love love love, thanks everyone
